MEET Julie
Originally from Tulsa, Julie Nguyen began serving buyers and sellers in Tulsa and its surrounding communities, breaking records, setting records, earning a position in the esteemed President’s Club as well as sitting on the Sales Committee Board with the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors® (GTAR) before relocating to Las Vegas in 2005 where she dedicated over 16 years specializing in contract negotiation, appearance management, endorsements, commercials, events, sponsorships, and product development. With her return to Tulsa, Oklahoma, she then continued her real estate career in 2022. Julie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every relationship she builds, whether local, national, or global; Julie guides individuals and even works with companies to handle all their real estate needs.
“My philosophy for working with clients is to focus on meeting the needs of the client and creating win/win scenarios that benefit all parties,” Julie says. “I don't want to be in a position where I'm merely representing property sellers or buyers.” Julie explains that most real estate transactions have multiple parties. There can be three to five sellers, agents and/or attorneys involved in a single transaction – most of whom the client will never meet. “These other individuals need to be considered when formulating my strategy and tactics regarding all parties involved (not just one side). This involves uncovering and analyzing each individual party’s wants/needs/requirements, then providing solutions, ways of thinking and executing the closing process that allow for a smooth transition from beginning to end with the least amount of stress possible.”
